By enlisting the services of Three of Cups Tarot services, you are agreeing to the following Code of Ethics:

1.The purpose of Three of Cups Tarot readings is to empower the client. The tarot is a wonderful tool to access what’s happening in your environment, in your mind, and also, what is happening subconsciously. The tarot cannot predict a solid outcome, but rather advise. If you are seeking a purely predictive tarot reading, you may wish to contact a different style of reader.

2. At Three of Cups we will interpret the cards to the best of our ability and will conduct the reading with honesty and openness. I will allow my clients to take responsibility for the decisions and actions they take following a Tarot reading.

3. At Three of Cups we respect confidentiality. We secure all confidential components of the reading to be shared solely between the reader and client. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance unless the situation is possibly life-threatening. If such situations arise where we believe you will pose a danger to yourself or someone else, proper measures will be taken to ensure the safety of all parties involved.

4. Three of Cups’ readings are non-judgmental, and we welcome clients of every culture, race, religion, spiritual path, sexual orientation, and socio-economic status.

5. At Three of Cups we will only serve legal adults of age (18).

6. At Three of Cups we strive to provide clients with a positive direction and measured guidance, in helping them to find practical and empowering courses of action. With this being said, all advice, insight, and commentary is for entertainment purposes only.

7. At Three of Cups we will not give advice in areas for which we are not qualified. I will recommend Customers consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide.  If trained in one of these areas, I will clearly differentiate between the tarot reading and any professional advice additionally provided.

8. Our readers will constantly strive to improve their Tarot reading skills, and to always be learning and growing. We will represent our tarot qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of certification, and experience, with honesty and integrity.

9. The intention when doing a reading is to serve the best interests of the client and all concerned without causing harm or wishing to deceive. I will respect our Customers’ right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent.

10. Three of Cups reserves the right to refuse service based on the nature of questioning, purpose in obtaining a reading, mental and physical state (i.e., inebriation, intoxication) of the client upon the date of reading, and for the general well being of the client.
